RETURN TO ONLINE STORE
Notice - Currently the Online Store is being revised so you cannot order anything with a credit card. All orders are to utilize the Mail Order Form accompanied by a check.

When using our Online Store, you may have questions or want more information before placing an ordering. The details provided on this page should provide the information you need. If you still have questions or want more information, please contact us.
ORDERING : Review the product information on the Online Store page, and decide what you want to buy.
Ways To Order : You can place an order by using the Mail Order Form and sending it through the mail with a check.
- Domestic: For domestic destinations inside the United States, review the shopping cart to determine what you want. Enter this information on the Mail Order Form.

- International : For international destinations outside the United States, there will be additional shipping charges. Use the shopping cart to determine what you want.. Enter the products to be shipped on the Mail Order Form. Click here to use this

refer to the Deliver Policy below and read the instructions for International Orders and Special Requests. Provide all information necessary for us to calculate the additional shipping charges. After a final price has been confirmed with you, your order can be placed.
Downloads - Some products on the shopping cart are downloads. To order, simply select the downloads you want and enter them on the Mail Order Form. Due to the unavailability of credit card ordering at this time, these downloads will be sent in the mail.
Tracking Orders - Due to revisions being done to the Online Store, you cannot track an order after it has been placed by clicking on the "Track Your Order" link found on the Online Store Page.
PRICES
- Product prices on the shopping cart are for the product only. Any shipping and handling charges are added to these prices when your order is processed.
- Prices charged are those in effect when the order is placed or the sale is made.
- Prices are in US dollars, and they apply to the United States, its territories and possessions. For products sold to customers in other countries, the price will be set by the exchange rate in effect at the time of the sale.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders will be processed within two days after receiving them. The is true for a cashier's check. For a personal check, products will be shipped after the check has been cleared at our bank.
- If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email and an approximate availability date will be given. If this date is too far in the future for you, let us know. You can cancel the order for that item and receive a credit or refund for it. Other items on the same order will be shipped.
- Domestic Orders (within the United States, its territories and possessions), will be sent by ground, not air delivery, and via the USPS or United States Postal Service. Shipping charges for this method are built into our Mail Order Form.
- International Orders will be sent by ground or air, the most economical way, and via the carrier selected by us. These orders cost more than domestic ones because the shipping is more expensive. You pay for these additional shipping charges. Before placing an order, please contact us via fax, letter, phone, or email sales@lelandpulley.com . Tell us the items you want, your method of payment, your location or shipping address, and your email address. We will calculate the shipping charges and total amount for the order, and then email this total to you. Then you can submit the funds to us. Send a check in the mail and use the Mail Order Form to do this.
- Special Requests , Domestic or International : Shipping can be done per special request by customer. This adds to the shipping charges. If you want a faster delivery or different carrier than we select, email us at sales@lelandpulley.com with your request before placing the order. Specify the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), and then the type of delivery option for the carrier selected. We will then calculate the additional shipping charges and send an email response to you with the revised price for the order. Then you can submit the funds to us. Send a check in the mail and use the Mail Order Form to do this.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- There are no returns nor refunds for products that have been sold and delivered to you in good condition. This includes all shipped materials.
- However, if any product is damaged in shipment from us to you, it can be returned for a replacement. The damaged product must be received by us within three weeks after it was shipped to you. If the product had shrink-wrapping when it was shipped to you, it must be returned in that shrink-wrapping. The product is to be shipped to us by ground delivery via the most economical carrier. (For books, this is usually the United States Post Office, and their media mail rate.) We will reimburse
you for the shipping charges.
