     No charges for free downloads and any programs.
     Regular Domestic Shipping Charges - $2 per item shipped, up to a limit of $10.
           Example : 2 copies of one book, 2 copies of another book, and 2 Memory  
               Keepers Kits are 6 items or $10 of shipping charges.
     There are different charges for international destinations, or for any special delivery
           requests by customers for either domestic or international destinations.
